Reanalyze an existing dataset for a third party application

  1. Select the third party application on the Thermo Fisher Cloud home page.

    The Third Party Access Manager screen displays.

  2. Click Open previous dataset.

    You are brought to a table of datasets in the Third Party Access Manager.

  3. Click an individual dataset row to select it.
  4. (Optional) View Details, Source files, or Results. See Obtain dataset results from third party software for more information.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Enter new sample designations.
  7. Click Submit .

One PDF report for each sample will be available in the Thermo Fisher Cloud folder designated for result files during dataset creation. This report will also be available on the Third Party Access Manager. See Obtain dataset results from third party software for more information.
